This place is like every other VicRoad. Things can be more into the place specially when people have drive test at 8:30AM. Like these tests should be organised just a day before and people should be informed with their jobs. I visited this place and were asked to go to different counters where in my test was at 8:30AM. Other than that can’t provide much information about the place as didn’t spend much time there. Staff was good.

I can’t say enough about the wonderful customer service I received from Monica at Vic Roads. Monica was friendly, patient, extremely helpful and caring. I wish more businesses had staff like her. She made a some what stressful situation a lot easier and I’m extremely grateful. I also noticed the other agents working and the gentleman assisting customers at the door were also happy and attentive to everyone’s needs and it was very busy. Great job Monica and staff at Vic Roads Geelong

The Senior Customer service today was really friendly, helping and nice. Im shock. Unlike the other branches. She know what to and should do without need to tell em. Appreciated and may God blessed her more than what she need. Ameenn. Thanks Monica!!

Went to go complete my drive test and was told that a driving instructor was required to complete the test. There was no information provided upon booking or online for learners, 6 weeks of time and $67 wasted.

I went into VicRoads to renew my licence and get a new photo, sat for 45 minutes, to be told I need to come back on a particular date - by TWO staff. Come that date, I went in, again waited for half an hour, to be turned away AGAIN and told to come back on another day because again they couldn’t do it, even though I was previously told they could. Not impressed.

Unbelievable: fast, efficient, friendly, and helpful. Has it been privatised? Not the Vic Roads offices I grew up with!

Thankyou vicroads for FAILING to send me a rego renewal notice, either by post OR email to tell me to log onto my online account. I accidentally realised I had failed to renew rego by randomly logging onto online account checking something else. I'm not going to remember the exact date it's due

Great customer service experience. The staff member who helped me was very helpful and friendly and polite as well.
