Our family has been taking our cars to BJT for over 10 years. During this time we have been completely satisfied with the service and work that has been completed on our cars. From the moment you walk into their reception area and see their workshop you can see what a professional business this is. Brett and his team do a great job and we feel very safe in the knowledge that our cars will not let us down. Brett explains what needs to be done, he provides accurate assessments and will always call if work is required that he has not previously discussed with us. Over the years Brett has provided great advice whether it be work required on our cars or when looking to purchase a car for ourselves or our children. I can honestly say I trust Brett and the team at BJT and would highly recommend them to anyone looking to have their car serviced or for any required mechanical repairs.

A great business to service your vehicle. After forty years of having my vehicles serviced by local dealers and sick of the way that they try to spin things that they can't or won't fix. I spent many hours searching out another option. I am now so glad that I found BJT Automotive as they really exceeded my expectations. They were friendly, explained what they would do, kept me informed during the day of any changes required. When I went to pick up my vehicle they reviewed with me the things that they had done and any upcoming requirements. They had not only serviced the vehicle but also vacuumed the inside. As I drove away I was ecstatic to find, that by being very thorough they had fixed up a problem that I had been complaining about to the dealer since the vehicle was new, and the dealer said it was normal. I hadn't told BJT about this problem but now I cannot believe how good my vehicle is to drive, it seems like a different vehicle. I have never given a review of five stars to any business before, so all I can say now is well done to the Team at BJT you deserve the accolades.

After enduring the uncertainty and off-handedness of factory-based car servicing for too long, we took a chance on BJT hoping for better communication, customer care and consistency. Nineteen years later our two cars are still returning to Brett's immaculate garage! Everything we had found lacking previously was replaced with Brett's friendly, careful and highly competent attention to detail and to his customer's needs. From the very beginning we knew Brett's care for our cars was first class. We can confidently recommend BJT. I doubt there is a better place to take your car anywhere in Geelong, possibly anywhere!

Have been taking my car to Brett for the last 6 years, and our family has taken all our cars to him for probably close to 10 years (maybe more!). Every time I go in, I receive the same outstanding customer service and value for money. I feel safe knowing that Brett 'knows' my car. Brett is trustworthy, honest and maintains fantastic communication to ensure that I am aware of what he has done, and what needs doing in the future, allowing me to make decisions on things that can possibly wait. I have never had a breakdown, and my car has done about 230,000km. Super knowledgeable guy, and I strongly recommend those looking for quality work (and peace of mind) to give Brett a call!
