Three of us enjoyed the High Cheese evening tonight. A very pleasant experience in comfortable, quiet surrounds. Staff were attentive and knowledgeable about the menu, and the good was delicious. We were very happy with the overall experience and would recommend it.
Friendly and welcoming service! Delicious food and warm atmosphere. I've been there twice now with friends and will be back.
It's unfortunate that when I arrived they did not have my booking recorded. Luckily I had the booking confirmation on my phone. The hostess was not particularly friendly considering we go to this restaurant quite frequently. The food was good.
A quality venue for a pre theatre meal or a spacious and relaxed restaurant for an evening with friends.
How disappointing having a meal tonight for my birthday,nearly finished our main meal and still waiting for my side dish of potatoes .one hour later .are they busy ?if you call 3 tables and 5 guests too busy ?one manager and two staff later ,management needs to review their processes ,very disappointed
