Stay Away from All Suburbs Upholstery. Just a complete waste of time and totally unprofessional. I made an attentive appointment for Tony (Owner) to come to my home to inspect my Antique Sofa to provide me with a quote and to discuss the job. When he failed to turn up, I called him & he said he said that there wasn't any need to come over as I had sent him a photo of the Sofa via the mobile and he'd already texted back the quote. I explained that despite the text message, my understanding was that I thought that we still had a proper appointment arranged for him to come and inspect the Sofa. After we arranged another appointment, I unfortunately had to cancel due to sickness. Tony texted me advising that we would need to re-schedule it for another time, to which I responded by asking him if he could please let me know what other day he would be available to come over. Following my message, I heard nothing back from Tony at all. After 5 days and still no response from All Suburbs Upholstery, I telephoned Tony, and as soon as I stated who I was, he said he would have to 'get back to me.' I never heard from him again. Tony, all I can say is that if you were not interested in doing the job, you could of at least had the common courtesy to have told me this, rather than just mucking me around. Thanks so much for all the inconvenience you've caused me. P.S. - Tony, considering you seem to prefer doing quotes via Mobile Phone texting, perhaps you should remove the following comment from your Internet Ad: "All Suburbs Upholstery will come to your home to provide a quote, discuss a job, or to offer you a range of upholstery samples to choose from."
