Misinformed, poor quality product and negligent customer service.

I purchased a coffee table from this store and advised the sales person that it was for outdoor use and would not be undercover. I was told the product was made from resin (turns out it wasn’t) and if I applied a protectant the table would last a few years. I applied the recommended protectant and within a few weeks the table top had bubbled and the legs split. 

I eventually got on to the store after multiple attempts via phone an email. They refused to call me to discuss my concerns and would only communicate via email. They blamed me for the problem stating the product should not have been used outdoors and I used the wrong protectant. Unbelievable. Do yourself a favour and please don’t waste your time or money here.

Bought a towel rack from here that was faulty.  Now they are saying no refund and im stuck with the item.  Would never recommend this place to anyone and would tell all to avoid it at all cost.  People save your money and dont spend it here.
