“We love staying at Top Ten Taupō. It’s in a great location with friendly staff at the holiday park, making it our favorite place to holiday. Everything was clean and well-maintained. It’s perfect for our family trips. The kids spent most of their time in the pool or riding their bikes around when we weren’t out on the lake and made friends with other families. We highly recommend this place to everyone—it’s fantastic for kids to roam around safely. We will definitely be back, thanks guys
It is my favourite to stay when I visit Taupo.nWell maintained facilities and room with reasonable price.nI am highly recommend the place if you have plan to visit Taupo on your own or group of friends.nIt is located absolutely handy location from town as well as other places to visit.nI believe booking is essential and they offer promotion if you are lucky.
Ideal location to the lake and town. We slept in a tent and our site did not have much grass left so was not the most comfortable especially if you do not have a roll mat.nnGood facilities with a big kitchen space and warm showers. The staff were really good and helpful. Bike hire is also easy and cheaper than most places in town
Terrible service, as soon as we got to our cabin room, we both noticed that the mattress on the bed was in terrible condition, so I went to reception to ask for a change of mattress or some reasonable solution since we paid 480 NZD for 3 nights, and their response was that I had to settle for the mattress since it was the cheapest in the holiday park, so if I wanted a better mattress I had to pay for a more expensive cabin to be able to get a bed with a mattress in good condition. We are really disappointed and angry since we have tried other holiday parks like the one in Tauranga and in the same cabin, being cheaper and with a mattress in good condition. I came to the Ironman in New Zealand and I had a very bad experience. where I came to rest before my competition, I slept poorly and they were not ethically professional with their service
We arrived with our 9 meter Aussie Vacationer caravan. Rich saw it through the window from Reception. He changed our caravan stand to a bigger, easily accessible stand, with no backing in or out. Thank you for your great customer service. It was a GREAT place to stay over Labour weekend. Great pools. Really well looked after amenities. Beautiful clean kitchen with new stoves. Dump station available. Thank you again.
