A big thanks to All lifts for the exceptional service that they have provided over the past 2 years after they installed our lift. We find them to be promt and very attentive  if we have any issues with our lift. I would highly recommend this family based company.

Moved it a new unit on the 3rd floor and their lift has not been working for 2 weeks out of the 3 months that I’ve been here. When it did work, it was one of the dodgiest and jerkiest lift I had ever been in, you’d better take the stairs to avoid the scares. 
Service is terrible, waited 2.5 hours to retrieve my suitcases that were stuck in their « lift ». 
Technicians seem incompetent, saying things like « there was a power failure » or « it’s not my fault, I did not install this lift ». 
Stay away at all cost.

All Lifts service is hopeless.  They have been servicing our simple residential lift  for 3 years and it never works for more than  few days or weeks without the same problem returning.  All lifts says the job is done, yet the lift remains out of service.  Their follow up and quality control is no existent and I would advise potential customers to avoid All lifts at all costs.  They get 0 out of 10.  You are better of to take the stairs!  They only get one star because I had to in order to post this review.
