My parents registered in this popular clinic for long time. The receptionist is good just some time the phone call is very busy also there price is cheap. Especially the Dr Zhao is very experienced doctor and very patient and helpful for the elderly people. Thanks again
Extremely rude and useless reception people. Would not admit their mess ups, and they will blame the patient instead. very very very difficult to deal with, avoid at all cost
Have been coming here ever since I was a kid and now I bring my family here as I’m reasonably satisfied with my experience and the service here. The experience you have can depend on multiple things like how busy the clinic is, the receptionist who serves you, the doctor or nurse you’re seeing. My recent visits here have been pleasant. There was a time where we weren’t sure whether we would be returning to Aus or staying in NZ this was during covid lockdown 2021, yet they still enrolled my toddler into the clinic and helped get his immunisations up to date. Big thumbs up to Nurse Taria for her friendliness and professionalism. We’ve had really positive experiences with her. Dr Simon is also kind and patient and makes you feel listened. He doesn’t rush you like some others I’ve experienced in the past. However, I must take note there is a younger Chinese receptionist who comes across as a bit impatient and condescending. But other than that I’m pretty happy to keep coming here for now
I was scared before coming here because of all the reviews people had written, but decided to give it a try since this was the closest clinic. I had no idea it was so popular and busy, it quietly serves this community and the front desk is patient and friendly. Google reviews are not always right
I booked my son’s covid vaccination here but was then apprehensive after reading the reviews. We went today and had a great experience. Nurse Sarah was, friendly, kind and efficient with my son and his sister.
This morning I booked in to have a PCR test due to strong symptoms of COVID-19. I went there and they still did the RAT test despite clarifying that I need a PCR test. As I already received the test result within an hour of test done, I am sure they did a RAT test and upon my call they confirmed. They also told me that someone will call you soon. On their call one of the nurses from the clinic was trying to cover and say that the protocol is to only do the RAT tests. My question is that way was I not told before hand that only a RAT test will be done not a PCR test. WHY? Is this a joke! I travelled 25 km to do the same test I have been and can do it at home. Who is responsible for this and who will compensate for the time and resources wasted?
I hope people will read these reviews, the service is very rushed and it feels like an insult to pay just to see a doctor's face. I went for my newborn whose chest was moving strangely while he breathed, I was essentially ignored by Dr. Gita Patel who glanced at him and said it wasn't worth examining him, it turned out to be a hernia that needed emergency surgery. On another time I came for irregular hormones and stomach pain, it was inferred that I am just old I'm 28
I found Dr Ma incompetent as a GP. My grandmother had leg pain which severely affected her daily activities. Was seen by this doctor 3 times and was told that the pain in her legs was due to old age without actually examining her legs. On the fourth visit, after a hard-fought conversation was my Grandmother referred to the ED at that time my grandma was writhing in pain and was basically crawling to get around. In the end she was diagnosed with deep vein thrombosis which can be life threatening if left untreated. I found his behaviour hugely unacceptable and I question his integrity as a doctor. I wish other patients are aware of this and avoid this doctor.
Dr. Patel is great, and very decisive, i love her work, but the receptionists can be quite rude, cuts off the phone conversation and when you ring back does not apologize, and does it again!! Very unprofessional!!! Most of the time the phones are kept ringing and ringing without anyone picking it up, making it very difficult for patients to get an appointment, and they don’t even have a system where patients can book themselves, or check their blood results!!! I say, fire the receptionists, coz patients nowadays can make a booking online themselves!!!! Total waste of money!!!!!!!
The experience is very bad, 25 minutes after the appointment time, the child keeps making trouble, not on time at all
