This cashier was racism… 1. greeting w her “how r you? No answer at all. 2. After paid, She said “can I check ur bag? “. Obviously my bag is very empty, just my kindle and phone. I been this shop every Sunday purchase my weekly grocery, never had this kind of experience. What’s wrong w her?

A lot of products have been discontinued over the last 2 years, with no substitute whatsoever. It's gradually getting less appealing and more disappointing. Guess this German retail chain is just adapting the locals' usual demand....but what's the point if ALDI was supposed to offer alternatives to Coles, IGA and Woolies?

As always some things were out of stock. The ongoing effect of the pandemic. Staff as always courteous and efficient and special thanks to young Chris on the check-out. I was in and out in half my usual time. Cheers

Did my shopping and as always check my receipt, discovered my grapes had been put through twice, which was quite a bit considering the price of them ATM, went back next day to get a refund but refund had to go back onto EFT card and I get charged a transaction fee for refund for a mistake made by staff which is not right plus have to wait 3 to 4 days for money to go back in, not happy

Would be nice to see this Aldi upgraded to the new style. Great customer service.

Good Aldi with plenty of cheap food and drink options.

I love shopping here it's so cheap. You can get a full grocery for half price as compared to other supermarkets.

Best Aldi Noosa ... Sadly they don't stock their Pistachio chocolate.

Sadly the customer service has slipped past appalling over the last year. What is going on? Is the ALDi brand expecting too much from its staff? Is through put more important than customer service?I do not appreciate the food and flowers that my family eat to be thrown through the check out. The female employees are rude and inpatient. You see that level of aggressive customer service in comedy sketches. I can not help think that the staff are expected to move the customers quickly through like cattle to keep the Aldi business model profitable. Naturally management will focus on staff behaviour rather than see why the staff are so miserable and angry. If Noosa is too retain its relaxed atmosphere we seriously need to look at how we are treating each other and our hospitality workers. Low income, high rent, food and petrol price increases. People are having a tough time. Aldi that's your people. It's not one bad apple it's the majority of Aldi staff. Let's talk about why they are so angry, rude and inpatient.

Parking always difficult with my elderly Mum, otherwise very good.
