7-Eleven

Walked in to this store to buy an iced coffee on the 30th of April around 9pm. Gave the clerk a smile and said hello, he ignored me. I then filled my coffee cup and realised it had a spit down the side and was dripping all over the place. I then grabbed an empty $2 coffee cup to stop the spill. I apologised to have the 2 cups but explained that the cup was split. He then rudely exclaimed that I would have to pay the extra $2 for the second empty cup. I said that I would not pay extra and put the cup back. I paid for my coffee as it spilled everywhere and still said thankyou on my way out. He didn't make eye contact, nor say anything in return. I have never been so shocked at someone blatant rudeness.

아무래도 호주에 세븐일레븐은 아랍인이 운영하나봅니다. 모든 세븐일레븐에 아랍인이 알바를 하고 있고, 하나같이 다 뭔가 무시하는 느낌이 듭니다. 손님이 들어올 때 쳐다보지도 않고 거의 들리지도 않는 목소리로 헬로 하고는 계산할 때조차 쳐다보지 않습니다. 불쾌합니다
