Grocery shopping is not much fun at the best of times, but tonight's shopping experience at Woolworths Noosa Civic left me feeling very frustrated & unhappy. I called in to pick up a few items on my way home from work approx 8.15pm As there were no checkouts open I had to use a self serve checkout. Didn't take long & my checkout screen froze telling me I needed assistance. I had to get the attention of 1 of the 3 staff members chatting close by. The staff member went through various screens then replayed footage of me scanning & packing my own groceries. She then proceeded to check my grocery bag to confirm its contents. I had placed 3 items in a bag that initially I had sat beside the register, nothing sinister. I finished scanning/packing my groceriesn& proceeded to the payment screen. Again the screen froze telling me I needed assistance. I had to call a staff member over who asked me if I wanted to include 3 items that I had intentionally left in my trolley. I let the staff member know they required their own receipt as they were a separate purchase for another person. Again nothing sinister. And again the staff member went over footage of me scanning/packing my own groceries. Is this a joke?! I've been at work all day, I'm having to scan/pack my own groceries,  and I'm being treated like a suspect criminal. How about Woolworths always have a manned checkout open to service their customers who should always  be valued. If you don't approve of how I do your job, you may do it for me please? Is it too much to ask that Woolworths provide a little service instead of making customers feel belittled, frustrated and embarrassed. A very negative shopping experience!

I was at Woolworths Noosa civic today New Year’s Eve. It was crazy busy. I was served by the loveliest young man at the check out. He wasn’t flustered very pleasant and was happy to chat while he was serving on the register. Very impressive young man.

This store has everything! Even my favorite ice cream from my childhood was found here. I have looked all over this world while traveling and finally found it here! So much nostalgia.

Just purchased some Hoso tuna rolls from the sushi department near the deli. I got home and opened the pack, looks old like maybe yesterday's. Rice is chewy and under cooked, the seaweed wrap is a weird faded colour and peeling of the rice or coming un stuck. Tasts awful too, old, not fresh. Very disappointed as have had sushi from there before and quite nice and fresh.  Dumped it in the bin! Don't want to risk getting sick and too far to take back ‍

Have been shopping here for years. Recently the quality of the fresh produce has deteriorated significantly. If indeed you can find any on the shelves. Considering the price of this produce, will not pay top dollar for inferior , old fruit and veg. Up your game Woolies
