While I have always valued Aldi's focus on efficiency and affordability, my interaction with a staff member at the checkout counter left me feeling somewhat uncomfortable.nnThe individual’s demeanor came across as dismissive and unnecessarily curt, which I found surprising and disappointing. As a customer, I believe that small moments of kindness and professionalism can make a significant difference in the shopping experience. Unfortunately, this interaction fell short of those expectations.nnI hope this feedback will be helpful in reinforcing the importance of positive and respectful interactions with customers. I normally like Aldi’s but not this one. Honestly not sure what is up with this store it felt like they were lacking guidance from management. The worst thing was how dirty it was, there were used tissues dumped on one shelf the fresh produce section was completely unkept and for some reason they were missing a tone of stock throughout the store? Maybe a truck had not showed up either way they should have used that time to clean the place it was disgusting. The 2 stars are for the cheese slices we got but that’s it.
Carpark disgusting. Doesn't matter how nice your store is. Carpark the first thing you see. Bin always overflowing. Littered. Dirty water. Needs a proper clean. So gross
Free parking for couple of hours and decently priced and organised. Easy to browse through the inventory and good service
