Their regular promotions and discounts are also a plus, especially with the Flybuys program adding extra value.nnThe store layout is generally convenient, though it can get a bit crowded during peak hours, which makes shopping feel rushed. While most of the staff are friendly and helpful, there have been occasional delays at checkout, particularly when self-serve registers are busy.nnOverall, I’d rate it 4/5. Coles offers great convenience and variety, but with improvements in crowd management and faster checkouts, it could provide an even better shopping experience.
The Most of the staff are friendly, respectful, and helpful — and I truly appreciate their service.nHowever, there is one male staff member whose behavior is consistently unacceptable. He speaks rudely, acts aggressively, and makes me feel very uncomfortable. I’m wondering if other customers feel the same way.
Great experience yesterday shopping at Coles. First Luca was very helpful, then Tracey on the till was fabulous! Efficient, packed well and so upbeat and pleasant throughout. Also got a surprise 10% off the shop and $10 Flybuys points redemption discount, saving $38 on my shop.nnI've always loved Coles Katoomba's store layout, cleanliness, meat quality and product range more good gluten-free producrs would be welcome.nnI have been less happy about constantly increasing prices over the last couple of years / post covid similar in other food shops or the justification for this prices never seem to come down when shortages are over. This 10% discount promotion was most welcome and a return to more reasonable pricing.
Awesome store and staff. Great service from trace at the checkout every day
Travelators to the bottom car park often not working. Means you have to walk through car park to the lift full of other trolleys then take it down and walk through all the cars. Not very safe and very annoying. Also grumpy older woman on the checkout today narky at me for not packing my own bags and complaining they were too small. If I wanted to pack my own bags I’d go to the self service or Aldi. If I spend $400 on groceries surely you can take the time to pack my bags without sooking about it!
