Empty shelves. Poor service. Self checkouts are card only. 3 people waiting in line at regular checkout had to wait 5 minutes before someone came to open up. Me and others wanting to pay cash. Truly terrible.
Frustrating..no cash taken at the self serve and only 1 cashier line open. I counted 11 customers lined up waiting for up to 25 minutes to pay. NOT HAPPY JAN.
This is the DIRTIEST Aldi I have shopped in, the floor is rarely clean and the empty shelves are not either. Shame, the manager should contact his colleague in the Aldi on Majura Ave Canberra, it sparkles!!! Come on guys, you are selling FOOD, it should be hygienic and TO THE HIGHEST STANDARD. Julia
Rude staff... Long queues, told I had to serve myself when only one checkout was open... I already pack my own groceries with my disabled husband... Now you want me to take a trolley full of groceries through a tiny self checkout.... Not good enough Aldi...
Staff very pleasant and helpful, the addition of the self serve payment area is excellent ! Car park area is generally sufficent.
Good products mostly set for Xmas now, but still had some good special buys.

Love ALDI always come away with a good bargain
Always nice and clean. Very helpful staff. Plenty of products. Plenty of parking in outdoor area. Underneath parking spaces to small for larger vehicles. Difficult to exit to side road.
Aldi is not bad. Not sure why they can't slow down at the counter though to get the 4 star and need to have customer service within the store for a 5 star. Even with my daughter and my husband helping to collect the items from the super speedy cashier superman I find my whole family and myself under stress and pressure that my items will fall all over the floor.
