I stumbled across Alannah Hill while looking (unsuccessfully) for a formal gown for two days. I was delighted with the service, price, and the dress I was able to find at this store. Couldn't ask for more, except I also bought a pair of shoes to go with the dress, and two cardigans. Very happy.

I love the dresses, coats, tops, skirts here and have brought over 100 items over the past couple of years. Unfortunately the return policy SUCKS - you can't return not even a day later if you change your mind!!! Also no rewards for loyalty or spend. I only recently received a dress bag after so many visits! I had no idea I should have got them all along! Great clothes is the ONLY reason I shop here, service is hit and miss. I have found other great brands with better offers for loyalty so off I go!

A worker named Amanda served myself yesterday and was extremely rude and sarcastic, was not professional what so ever acted like a teenager. Spoke to me and my mum with complete disrespect, her behaviour was disgusting given me an extremely bad outlook on the brand from now on.
