Great customer service and a great priced followed by an awesome location.   The website is very useful for extending my parking hours for my holiday to Auckland!

Hard to get a park which is expected with such a busy airport, better to park and ride if you can as $30 a day here

Very good customer service.  Management kindly got my fine waived as I had entered a typo with the licence plate and had a ticket when I got back after 5 days.

Terrible experience, do not park here. Our flight was delayed so we went over our parking one hour our vehicle had been there for nearly two weeks and we got a fine of $65. Happy to pay a reasonable fine but $65 is ridiculous. By NZ law this is illegal, operators of private car parks can only charge what is reasonable to cover their loss. They were not interested in this and threatened to increase our fine if we didn't pay it.nnIf you're in the same situation as us and are a Consumer member, their advisers can help you sort out any private parking disputes like ours!

Was 1 hour over my 10 day pre paid parking due to a delay and got a 65$ fine, terrible service.
