Worst place to go... The staff are very RUDE. They don't have a standard pricing for their jobs. If you try to negotiate they turn rude and start abusing you... This is the first business I ever came across, that can classify a customer as a genuine or not! You need to obey their pricing to be a genuine customer or take the hard time!!! Never going there again. Would not recommend at all... STAY AWAY...

my experience is like this... I went to this workshop... the people told me that I needed to fix this that and that... at the end of it all, my car done a fart and it smelt like someone had farted again. Would i recommend these people? yes. only if you want your car to fart as well. Prat Prat praa taaht

Unfounately we purchased a grab one voucher before we read the reviews. Read the reviews decided to risk it anyway. We had a voucher for replacement brake pads. Had a call to say we needed replacement rotors which we thought we could possibly as the noise was pretty bad. He didn't have the parts and as we needed the car we managed to pick it up with new brake pads. Luckily we went around the corner for a second opinion they just machined our rotors for no charge and couldn't believe we were told we needed new rotors. Don't go here it isn't worth the hassle when there are MUCH nicer places around!! So what could have cost us an extra $200-300 didn't actually need doing.

** Update** The brakes that they fixed (machined the rotors and new pads) warped the rotors and cost me another 500 dollars somewhere else. They put pads with a high metal content on, and put so much lube behind them that they heated up the rotors. 5 months later and they were stuffed. They are incompetent waste of space and should be shut down. If I could give less than one star I would.*** Brought a GrabOne service. Asked for an estimated time so I could organise my life and was told 1hr. They took 2.5 hours as I had asked to do my brake pads and machine the rotors. Charged me 1.5 hrs of labour for a 10 min job, and it took the extra time because they had to wait for the machinist to come back Didn't even tell me what was happening, even though I was waiting onsite. Refused to put put the brakes on so I could leave. So a $59 deal ended up costing me $225! Rude and unhelpful and refused to give me a breakdown of the work done in the receipt. Insisted I knew what he was charging me for the machining and then said it was a "fixed price, and not based on the time it took".

***Update*** Ignore the reply to my feedback they never sorted out anything don't believe them. Worst garage I've ever been to, used low grade plastic pulleys on cambelt replacement job they also did the WOF on my car and did not inform me of prices just went ahead and did $1200 worth of work that I did not approve and not only overcharged but did work that was completely unnecessary (already did the work at another garage) also when it came time to pay the owner was a smug prick and tried to hold the car ransom. Absolute crooks 0/10 would not recommend to my worst enemy.
