For over 25 years Addison Real Estate has provided professional and efficient estate agency services to the local community. Over these years the business has expanded with controlled growth and enjoys both a fine reputation and an excellent market share.

The business, comprising thirteen personnel, operates from prominent premises in the main street of Traralgon, the commercial and residential showcase of the LaTrobe City, and with all team members living locally ensures accurate advice and enthusiasm.

Amongst our achievements Addison Real Estate successfully fought a two year planning battle with the government and council to bring Harvey Norman to Traralgon and achieved record rental figures for a non CBD showroom site.

We were selected by the Victorian Government to arrange the tenders, marketing and subsequent selling of three surplus local hospital campuses and were the first Estate Agent contracted by the ex-State Electricity Commission to sell off their assets after privatisation and with a 100% clearance result.
