These guys are an absolute JOKE 6 years of renting never had any issues until renting with Wilson proterty the staff are terrible. I have been issued with a notice to vacate due to sale of the property then given bad reference for every property i apply for.

Matt Johnson was absolutely fantastic to deal with throughout the process of selling our house. He was extremely professional, very very responsive to messages/ emails etc and extremely knowledgable. Matt made the process of selling our house an absolute breeze, and I could not recommend him highly enough. Thanks Matt!!

Terrible - Wouldn't refund overpaid rent in a reasonable timeframe (over a month) - After we vacated. Despite notifying them almost immediately. Reason given: Company Policy - Sorry I didn't realise it was company policy to withhold monies that don't actually belong to your agency.
