Stay away from this Lee property group if your lender engages this mob refuse ask for a different valuer they will under value your property up to 35% under market value their data they use is out of date,they are a disgrace and should not be allowed to value properties. They had two chances to fix my under valued property and still could not get it what the market price from core logic use Unbelievable and the impact they have on peoples life is wrong Never ever use them they should not be allowed to value properties The directors are in this for money nothing else
If you are after a real realistic valuation, this is not a place. I wouldn’t recommend this company if you have a choice to avoid. Their valuation is very discouraging and completely contrary to other local Valuers. Best at undervaluing the property and they rush to do things. Their priority is only measurements but not quality. I am very disappointed with their valuation and passed feedback to the bank. On the good note their manager is very pleasant, soft spoken and patient but unfortunately she couldn’t make any decisions. I wouldn’t use their services anytime in future. P.S. 31/10/19 9:15pm Dear John Moushall, Thanks for your quick response for the review. I did not want my genuine review mislead by your false statements so I am writing further to get facts right for the people who see this. False statement 1:- My bank did agree with me and requested a review but your valuer did not bother to have a concern and change his decision. I expected that you would have done a bit of background research about my issue before posting publicly but looks like you haven’t even checked anything. False statement 2:- If you are locally owned and have operated for over 40 years in Gippsland area that doesn’t mean that you have monopoly over the industry and all your decisions are right. Unfortunately we are humans but not god. False statement 3:- As a professional, I am sure that I am not dumb and definitely know the difference between the professional registered Valuers and real estate online valuations. My house is valued 2 times prior to yours by a well reputed local professional registered Valuers for 2 different banks. For your information their valuations are very similar with a marginal variation of just 5k. Not like yours with a difference of 45k. In my opinion you do not have any right to shatter peoples plans by your monopoly decisions. May be you could be contributing to the negative growth of Gippsland area if you are under valuing like this since 40 years?? False statement 3:- You mentioned “ if you would like to discuss this further please do not hesitate to contact me”. This is a completely a false statement as you didn’t even care to talk to me though I called your office 2 days back straight away after you publicly posted your reply. Spoke to your lovely receptionist, Maria very good at phonetics and left a message to call me back. That shows your dominance and least bothered behaviour.
Lee Property were fantastic in helping with my valuation. I needed it done quickly. They scheduled it for the next day and my bank had the report the day after. Friendly, fast and pleasant to deal with.
