Have been dealing with Ross for 10 years now. I’m the past I may have called him a mate. I recommend using any agent in Morwell except him, he is your typical sales man will sell you the dream until your locked in then drops you like a hot potato! His rental department is the same if not worst, you may as well run the gauntlet and mange the properties yourself. I have had countless properties trashed whilst under his watch. He has proven to me that he will take the first tenant that walks in the door just so he can get the management fee! Last but not least, don’t let him then sell your properties once you’ve had enough. Prime-example him to sell my house in Fairfield St, after a month he calls me with an offer of $135k, mind you I paid $150k 7 years ago and he is well aware of this! After back and forth a few times I gave up and signed to property over to KW Property! Within 2 weeks Chris had the property sold and got me my money back, which is all I asked for. After this result I decided to move the rentals over to KW Property also. As it stands Ross is refusing to hand them over before the 28 days period which is apparently in the lease contract I signed with him. He is doing all this purposely because I took the properties away from him! I sure paints a pretty good picture of what you will be dealing with if you choose to use Ross Maddaluno Real Estate. Ross mate no hard feeling as you put it - it’s just business!

To say the level of service this real estate agency provides is less than average would be a compliment. They make you feel like you have to manage your property manager and seems like a constant battle. Not only that but when I first bought my property several years ago the owner himself was incredibly condescending to me being a young female. I dealt with these guys for almost 6 years. In the beginning it was a battle to ask them to carry out the routine inspections on my property. I would have to request an inspection and then follow up many, many times. Due to the understandably high turnover of staff and having to speak with a new property manager most of the time would drew this out even longer. They would advise me of maintenance that was required for my property, but when I would request quotes they would rarely come back to me. For the past 5 years or so my property had a roof leak and I was advised several times and I asked for quotes on every occasion, I never once received any quotes. I have since changed agents due to their complete and utter incompetence and terrible service (if you would even call it that). I was hung up on by a property manager because I was following up on my outstanding queries where I had not received any response from them. Terrible! I highly recommend going elsewhere!

Because of these pathetic people myself and my 3 children under 3 are going to be homeless in two weeks because they will not stop bad mouthing me to other real estates when I've been nothing but an amazing tenant who has always paid on time and my house is spotless! Absolutely furious please stay away from them at all costs!!!!
