I had a look at a Toyota RAV4 and liked the low kms, I requested a few minor repairs which they were happy to do. I got calls later if I want to proceed to buy it but had to call to get the details on progress and didn't get the car for another look/drive before the cooling off period. I put a deposit down as I've been told there are other interested buyers. I did so on the phone without any receipt or having signed any papers yet. Then I got offered a better deal last minute and went in on a Saturday with full honesty about it but they only wanted to refund half of the deposit. I don't feel it was fair and found the dealings as a whole not very professional. My talks with Michael were very unpleasant. I felt pressured into buying the car because of the deposit and that without having even signed anything! Can't recommend at all..

Very overpriced for used cars, my girlfriend and I purchased a car from them about 6 months ago. They told us everything we wanted to hear and fell into there trap. We had so many problems with the car after we purchased it from them. Don’t waste you time buying a car from them. Also found out there safety certificate wasn’t valid when I looked into it.

These guys know what they are doing, I live in Brisbane and bought my car through them over the internet. The car presents as described and I love it. They even arranged my finance and transport for the vehicle and it was delivered within 6 days. I would recommend these guys to anyone that's looking for a quality used car no matter were you are based in Australia - Very genuine  people! Thanks Adams Motor Group I love my new 4WD!

I was apprehensive purchasing a used car for the first time, however the staff at Adams were amazing. Everyone I spoke with Daniel my salesman, David, Corrin and Cameron were all friendly and when I see them, they still are! I have to make a special mention about Cameron who has and continues to go above and beyond all expections. His customer service is second to none and will not be forgotten. I'm extremely glad I purchased from Adams Motor Group!

I have advertised my Toyota  Prius on Carsales for sale. Details of condition of the car and exact kms are precise, as advertised. Shaun from Adams Motor Group called me, he said  he saw the ad and asked to see the car. The following day I took the car to this dealership. Upon my arrival, a salesman he didn't introduce himself told me he knew about my car the moment he saw me parking in the dealership. He said ' it's too many kms for us' . I challenged his behavior replying that it was Them having called me in first place, asking to see the car. Pathetic unprofessional attitude, stay away from them. Alternatively you may want to go to waste some time

Thankyou Kenny and the crew you made me see car  yards in a better view. These guys and girls are honest and do everything they can make you happy and get the best deal on there car's.

Overpriced and not worth the effort.. Tried to look at a car there previously and they weren't interested in helping  They had a car we were looking for, Allot of Km/s and so over priced it was rediculous!! Wouldn't shift on price and didn't care it was close to double the actual value..

Do get offers in writing and any conditions. Like a previous reviewer we were offered one price only to have it withdrawn at the last minute. Not a happy experience even-though a subsequent apology was given.

Got in touch with them yesterday meant to get a phone call back and got nothing so rang them today and spoke to a nice lady told her I was coming to look at the Toyota prado this morning  got there the car wasn't ready up on stand and stood around waiting for one of the sales boys for 45min and left waste of time driving 30mins really liked the car .

I went to look at the vehicles in this dealer's yard and was seriously impressed. I like the RACQ backing on vehicles as an independent, very reliable opinion. Sure works for me.
