Unique presentation and interesting flavours. Went with mum after exploring Acmi and she loved it! Highlight was the Ortiz Anchovy, Smoked Kingfish and Mussels dishes. The staff were lovely to do up a mocktail for me since I was driving.
Delicious food and drinks. Thoughtful beer taps including great local brews. Friendly helpful service and a relaxed buzz. Very convenient if you are catching a movie but delicious any time.
Lovely food, but pretty pricey for what it was. Service and atmosphere were fine, but I think it was missing a bit of extra flair that I expect from places that charge high-end prices. Tuna crudo was a highlight.Food: 5/5
Delicious selection of simple Italian classics reinterpreted delightfully. The Greek bagel with taramasalata was a highlight, as was the vitello tonato, chicken on corn and the prawn pasta. Service was on point, worth a visit if you’re in town. Fitout and decor v slick too. Would recommend and come again

Disappointing We dined here on a Saturday evening they were quite quiet but immediately we sat down the waiter had a frantic attitude that made us all feel uncomfortable. Rushing around - he forgot to bring some of our order . The food was average , prosciutto was tasty with. Bread , no condiments on the table . Mains were ok , just the general feel was let down mainly by the service Wouldn’t go back .
Great menu and lovely restaurant. Staff very friendly. Food taste amazing, very delicate flavours, everything thing worked so well. Everything was excellent, can't wait to go back
The name of the restaurant is spot on. From walking in without a reservation the service we experienced was exemplary.The food an absolute joy. Fresh, modern takes on some old favourites along with sublime new ones.The kingfish was the best I have ever had. The martini was dry and not shaken and a great selection of wines. One of the other most impressive things about this restaurant was the ambience. You could actually talk and be heard as well as listen to music without drowning out your conversation. The acoustics are exceptional. We will definitely be back. Well done Karen M and team.
Very few redeeming qualities, but the ones that there are would be the service and starters they were great. The architecture is also pretty. I think I had a steak here a few months ago now and I am still upset about how bad it was and not to mention you can not charge close to $80 for a flank steak. I am giving 2 stars for the dining area and the server.
This Martini x Sibley diner is a winner! Have been 3 times. Compact but delicious menu + great, approachable & affordable wine list = a big tick in my book. Recommend the bavette steak to share with a few sides/salads. The frittes chips were other worldly but seem to have recently changed. Also fantastic desserts as you'd expect!
