Laneway Greens

I like the concept of Laneway greens and had one breakfast and a lunch there. For breakfast I had the granola with quince, quite nice, but very expensive $12.5 for what I got. For lunch, I had the shio koji chicken bowl with Brussels sprout braised fennel and bulgur. If shio koji was indeed used, they must have used terrible Shio Koji. For something that was supposed to tenderize and enhance the unami flavour, the chicken a bit tasteless and dry. The bulgur in the salad is also a bit hard, but otherwise the flavours of the veggies are quite nice.

I always enjoy this place. Lots of greens in every bowl and always leave feeling like I've had a really good nutritious meal. They change out some menu items every now and then so it's worth checking back in. They stock Kombucha and make good smoothies that are like full meals themselves.

Perfect little hole in the wall fresh produce place. You get more than your avergae salad here. Great blvariety for vegans and vegetarians and meat eaters aren't left out. Smoothie bowls and smoothies are available too. The menu changes with th seasons so check it out before you head in. There's not much seating in store but it's take-away packaging is perfect for the go.

They have a good idea, but the reality is different. My girlfriend ordered asai bowl and they told her, they don’t have fruits, so they gave it to her without it :-/...the air inside was terrible, it was there some strange smell and too hot. In general we will not try it again unfortunately. Interier - 1* Food - 2* Staff - 3* Prizes - 3*

Absolutely amazing!! Had the falafel bowl it was to die for! Beware of the portion though this is a big salad, I was not able to finish the entire serving. That said it was delicious and filling! The restaurant has a fairly simple layout and decor with minimalistic seating. The staff is also great service is fairly quick. Highly recommend!! Will return to try out the other vegetarian salads they have on the menu!

Finally I got to try this healthy + delicious joint for lunch I have ordered their macro bowl for $15.0 and I couldn't have done a better choice The food arrived fairly quickly and to my surprise it was a very decent size The bowl was fresh, tasty and well put together, I loved it The venue is quite small but in saying that many people get take away. Definitely a place worth to check out, especially if you are after healthy options at a reasonable price - Must

Easily the best salad takeaway in Melbourne. Fresh ingredients and creative recipes, there is something for everyone. Wish they had a bigger seating area though.

Delicious winter menu. I had the beef and my husband had the salmon. The portions were large verging on enormous. Great quality ingredients and beautifully fresh. Not kuch seating at the counters. At 17.50 a serve it's not a cheap lunch option but a good treat.

A clean and simple eatery. Pick your own canteen tray . Pick a base, plant, sauce, crunch and optional protein Cauliflower rice is flavourful and thinly shredded. The broccoli is cut into large florets, lemon grass beans are okay and the roast potatoes are smashed, soggy and chewy. Japanese mustard sauce, tomato, mirin, ginger, garlic and soy is a nice and adds a bold and spicy taste to the meal. Togorashi , Japanese spicemix, mandarin,sesame, poppy seed, hemp seed, nori and ground sansho. Full of flavour Pork braised with balsamic, marjoram and garlic is very tender and aromatic. Overall, with the combinations chosen, the tray is great.

Always delicious and well balanced. One of my favourite take away lunches in Melbourne. The grapefruit and kale juice is incredible.
