We had a great experience with Ace Rent a car! Firstly, the pick up and drop off are straightforward. Secondly, it's easy to contact the team to get help. Thirdly, we experienced issues with the van when driving down to Margaret River and the team willingly drove down another van to replace at no extra charges. Moreover, it is at least 6 hrs drive down and up! Thank you so much!
Rented a 12 seater van. Van was clean, well maintained, air con and heater in good working condition, bluetooth radio. Fuss free reservation and paperwork. Had a great trip around whilst on holiday there. May I suggest installing cctv camera and alarm on the vehicle as criminals target this type of van carrying us tourists, based on my own personal experience.
The staff here is extremely friendly. Really appreciate the ability to return the car at 10pm. The whole process was very smooth. Thanks so much! To get there we walked from Redcliff station even though there is a bus, it's a nice walk

What an experience!! Ajay and his son were just great! We were traveling from Sydney with a 3years old. From the time Ajay picked us from the airport till the end of our stay, Ajay was just fantastic, we really felt being looked after adapting his services to our needs example: children car seat . He gave us a lot of great advices such as places to visit or things to do. His store also has a variety of magazines and flyers to give you some ideas of what to do and where to go while in Perth. Excellent car supplied with an excellent price! Highly recommended!
Highly recommend “Ace Rent A Car”! Friendly, helpful and professional service. Very reasonable price for peak period rental and we were also given a new Suzuki smart car for the 5 days rental. The complimentary shuttle to the car rental place was really convenient to and from the airport. The security bond reversal was prompt and refunded in a day after our car return. Will definitely hire from “Ace Rent A Car” again!
