Really great service from start to finish. My motorhome needed crash damage repairs covered by insurance. My initial contact with Jeff was positive, a quotation was drawn up promptly. I was able to drop off the vehicle out of hours which saved me having to take time off. I was kept fully updated and sent photos. Work was completed in a few days to my satisfaction. A thoroughly positive experience!
What can I say about Jeff and the team at Leisure Vehicle Repairs. Jeff quite literally saved our holiday. Just over a week before our holiday to South-West France, we had a prang towing our new Swift Basecamp Plus. At first we thought it was irreparable and expected a long wait for Swift parts to come in and obviously our holiday plans to be postponed. However, a few Google searches and I found Jeff's company. I emailed pictures to Jeff and he confirmed that it could be repaired and he would be prepared to get the work completed in time for our holiday! He even arranged collection and delivery back to our home and we were certainly not on Jeff's doorstep! Jeff kept us updated over the three days that the repairs were being done and even sent some pictures. As promised the van was back with us in time for our holiday. I can't thank Jeff enough. Our van is looking like new again. Excellent workmanship. I can't recommend this company enough for the quality of work and customer service.
Fantastic customer service, excellent communication during the whole process and a fantastic job which resulted in our caravan being repaired to a very high standard. Cannot recommend this company highly enough. Jeff was so professional and helpful throughout, responded to emails and telephone calls promptly and delivered exactly what he promised, actually returning our caravan back to us a week earlier! We are so happy with the outcome and are very grateful. Thanks to Jeff and his team!
Another positive review for Jeff and his staff. I needed to take my motorhome back to him after a problem with the original repair. I had no problem getting hold of him on the phone even though it was a weekend and he had the work done the very next day. It's when things go wrong that you find out what people are really like. I was also pleased that the bill was at the lowest end of his original estimate. Highly recommended.
Jeff and his team went above and beyond for us, when I took my caravan to them after I needed some accident damage repair work. They explained what needed doing and how they were going to do it. Checked I was happy with their decisions and when it was finished, it was immaculate. They repaired some drinks in the bodywork too that needed doing, but actually found several more, fixed them but didn't charge more... all part of the service. I can't thank them enough for what they did. It was nice to deal with a company that prides itself on its craftsmanship and attention to detail. Cheers guys, a job more than well done!
Asked for a quote sending photos of the damage to my caravan. This was less than two weeks ago, my caravan is now back with me fully and expertly repaired. It was picked up within three days, bearing in mind I live on the south coast, I am amazed at the efficiency of Jeff and his team. The caravan is looking as if has never been damaged which considering a very large tree fell over it is remarkable. I have no hesitation in recommending Jeff and Cotswold Caravans you will not be disappointed. Many thanks for a job well done.
After having some damaged caused to the GRP side panel of our almost new pristine motorhome and the rear ABS lower bumper panel cracked. We set about trying to find a company that could repair the damage to a very high professional standard. I spoke to at least 5 reputable company’s to discuss the damage and method of repairs. I was not filled with confidence by anyone that I spoke to until calling Cotswold Caravans and Motor Home repairs. Jeff the owner explained in clear detail the options for the repairs, he was able to describe the repair process to me so I was left in no doubt as to what would be done. He gave me a clear time line for the work and was able to take my vehicle in within a week of our first contact. Throughout the process of repair he kept in regular contact and even resolved a couple of other minor issues for me at no extra cost. On collecting our vehicle following the repair it was immaculate and looking like new again. The bodywork repair was better than I could have imagined even down to the fact that new decals had been attached and matched in with the vehicles original ones. I would highly recommend this company for repairs to your motorhome or caravan and cannot praise Jeff and his team highly enough for their dedication to you as a customer and their total professionalism in what they do. The cost of the repair was in my opinion very reasonable and the confidence that Jeff gives you on initial contact convinced us it was worth the 3 hour plus journey from Sussex to Cheltenham for the repairs.
Contacted Jeff via quote page and responded very quickly with quote. Once quote was Oked via insurance company very quick to book repairs in and also great collection & delivery service. All work was carried out with updates threw out and was done to very high standards. Received van back as and when promised with no issues. Jeff does exactly what he says. I would highly recommend him and his team he is efficient trustworthy reliable and true to his word in every way. Responds and communicates exceptionally well and you are never left in doubt. I can't thank him enough for what he has done for our motor home having been involved in a non fault accident Jeff has been exceptional and gone above and beyond to help.
