These guys are top quality service at the same time as keeping a super cool and chill attitude. We were a group of ten going into the park and they looked after us all along the way despite the fact we all left at different times. They offer a service where they drop your packs ahead of your arrival, this is the best treat ever when you are tramping for 5 days and really makes a world of difference! The driver picks you up from a central Nelson location and delivers you back after your trip. Shorty our driver was friendly and had great knowledge of Nelson. Thanks Everyone on the Sea Shuttles Team and Highly Recommend!

You'll get your shoes full of sand getting onto the boats which are more like hop on hop off passenger ferries to the secluded beaches, they're also very popular. Some back packers some walkers are left at the deserted beaches but this is a scheduled service so they know when the boat eventually returns. We sat back enjoyed the commentary & the views started in the sun up stairs then moved down for surprisingly a very nice coffee. There are decent clean toilets on board.

Took the full cruise; very well done, lots to see, and a good travelog from the crew. They have a great system to drop people off to walk or kayak, then pick them up later at a different stop. Multiple boats are out there, design your own tour. (I'd personally have preferred to kayak, or walk a section on the Tasman Track, but... companion...)

Great shuttle. Timely service. Friendly crew. Don't forget to book beach pickups otherwise they may leave without you

Unprofessional sales staff and wrong / misleading information on leaflet and boarding pass (see attached photos). I wanted to get the tour 5B "Forest and swing bridge" for their 10:30 departure, which they said is not possible since the walk is too long in order to catch the ferry back to Kaiteriteri. Why do you offer it on your leaflet then (as of 18 February 2018)!? So I've opted for tour 5C "Five beaches" then, which includes a 8.8 km walk from Awaroa to Medlands beach. As I was walking to the back where the ship was going to depart, I've noticed the boarding pass states Tonga Quarry as a drop-off point instead of Awaroa, which would reduce the walk to around 4 km only. So I went back to their ticket booth and explained the mistake to the girl behind the counter - who only replied, the first stretch from Awaroa to Tonga Quarry is not accessible because of the tide. Well, why didn't you tell me so earlier!? And why is there nothing written about this on your leaflet!? Suddenly however, as I argued I am not going to pay the full price for only half of the walk, a colleague intervened and - surprise surprise - the first stretch from Awaroa to Tonga Bay was accessible again and they issued a new boarding pass for me. What a poor attempt of your staff trying to cover up a mistake by some made up story. After I had boarded the ship, I realized the trip on the boat is going to take 2.5 hours, since the departure was at 10:30 from Kaiteriteri and the anticipated drop-off at Awaroa was at 13:00 according to the boarding pass. However, another passenger said, the drop-off will be already at 12:00. And in the end, we actually arrived already a few minutes after 12:00 instead of 13:00. So another wrong information on their material which you can't trust. The walk itself was wonderful and I've really enjoyed it - however if you charge 86 NZD for such a trip, I except more professional sales staff and reliable information on your material.
