During my visit to Abbey Road Cafe, I was pleasantly surprised by the charming decor that exuded a cozy and inviting atmosphere. Found this place after getting hungry on our tram home and trying to find a place to eat. Thank goodness we found this. The cocktails here, YUM!! The food, YUM! Comfort food done well. Service and the atmosphere in this place was just awesome, thanks team
The bar has a good atmosphere, but it took such a long time for my order to arrive. The food itself is average. The pizza is bad, very dried and thin, but the side dishes and the acai bowl are ok.Food: 3/5
I happened upon this place and what caught my eye was the extensive menu, advertised out front, so we decided to try it, I was very impressed by the food, certainly a level above most pub food, my T-bone for instance was very tender, the beef and onion soup with like homemade I tried some of my friends Parma, which had the right taste for me and my vegetarian friend whose very fussy was very happy with the food,. So I recommend it if you're in the area say hello to Joey, sit down and enjoy the food you shouldn't be disappointed.
Went to the Abbey Road Cafe in St Kilda today. What an amazing place. The gentleman that was I am guessing the owner/manager was incredible with an amazing sense of humour. I had eggs Benedict which for the first time had its bernaise sauce cooked properly with great flavour. Our coffees were also excellent. What an amazing venue. Just saying!!!! we just visited again and nothing changed. Love consistency. Awesome.
Although I enjoyed the atmosphere and service the food was downside . Pulled lamb salad had a bit of dried meat with no taste for $35. I was expecting more .Food: 3/5
We came here for a celebration dinner, and it was the best all-around restaurant we’ve been to so far in terms of freshness and portion size. Highly recommend it to everyone.Food: 5/5
The breakfast is satisfying, but not extraordinary. The coffee is small and average, lacking any unique appeal. However, the cafe has a lively and enjoyable vibe, creating a pleasant lively atmosphere. Its nice music-themed interior adds to the overall charm, while the outdoor seating provides a fun experience. While the breakfast and coffee might not be exceptional, the inviting ambiance makes it a place worth revisiting, especially for enjoying the lively vibe.
Thought I’d try Abbey Road today but gosh it was terrible! Food and service. The most basic plate of food, the bread not even toasted. Coffee was burnt and had to add an extra sugar to even drink it. But the service was the worst of all, waiting 20 minutes to get a menu and trying to get water was so hard as all the wait staff was in the corner talking. Even a table ahead of me had to go up and order as no came to take their order. Poor owner paying staff to do nothing!
