This site has all of the facilities that you would expect from a Top 10 site. However, it is quite close to a busy road and traffic noise can be heard. There is also a noisy bar about 200m away but they were quiet after 11pm.

Good facilities in the 2x bedroom unit. Shower has great pressure. Handy to Dunedin City.. Easy access in & out of the city to/from Aaron Lodge

Lovely place to stay. We arrived tired and not really wanting to camp anymore. The lovely gentleman at the office sorted us a room with facilitates straight away. There are excellent things here for children including play room and indoor pool. Would totally recommend this place

Lovely place, really well equipped with pool, spa, great playground, great sites, amazing private tent sites up the hill with views. Two Tui s singing just 10 metres from our site, Bellbirds in the morning, loved it.

Had a great stay room clean and tidy well serviced ,TV a little small for watching the rugby and pool wasn't operating as they were awaiting a part for it, one bbq not going but the other one worked well helpful staff all and all a very pleasant stay good wee bush walks and playground, for the children would recommend cheers
