The man that towed my car was amazing. He stood with me while my partner was getting looked over and taken by ambulance, talked me through what i had to do, listened to me be upset over the whole situation and was just an all round awesome guy! I really hope AAAC knows how lucky they are to have a staff member like him, im sorry i dont know his name, he drives the blue truck. I ran into him a week later at the yard and he jumped out his truck and had a chat with my partner and told him how bad the accident was and how lucky he is to still be here. The staff on the phone were lovely too. It was a rough week for us and not once did I feel under pressure, or rushed and they explained a lot to me and had a lot of empathy for my situation. Thank you to everyone i had to deal with.
Friendly staff who made picking up the belongings from my parents totalled car a stress free experience. To top it off they hunted for and found the drivers licence I had dropped in the process Thanks
I disagree with the 1 star reviews. They were very friendly and helpful with helping me and my dad retrieve mum's property after she was found dead in her car. Not only they helped, we were struggling to open the boot and they quickly sorted in a manner of minutes. Exceptional customer service.
Excellent tow service the tow truck driver was very helpful and friendly helped me off the side of tonkin hwy and took me and the car back home. He even had a look at my car for me thank you will definitely use AAAAC in future
BIG fan of AAAC Towing. Here's a list of their recent achievements: 1. Daily towing idiots who park in the clearways on St Georges Tce despite clearly marked signage. 2. Towing the vehicles of people that have been caught driving like absolute flogs and then cry about being caught. 3. Towing away the vehicles of braindead 'Aussie Battlers' cookers/antivaxxers/the severely mentally ill but refuse to believe it - whatever your preferred terminology for them is. Hilarious and 100% warranted. Keep up the fantastic work.

We needed to recover some personal items from a vehicle that was undriveable after being in an accident and was towed here by the police. There are two large covered storage areas and some uncovered storage area. All very secure. The police met us outside the facility and directed us to follow them in our car to the location of the damaged vehicle. We were given fluro vests to wear while inside the facility for safety purposes. We recovered our property quickly and then the police escorted us back out of the facility.
Unprofessional driver rudely takes up 4 car bays during busy lunch hour outside Kewdale Hotel on 19/2. Absolutely 0 consideration for other road users.
Needed bike towed at night. Professional customer rep + driver. Arrived fast. No nonsense, great service at reasonable cost. Other companies quoted me almost double the cost that AAAC charged me.
Pretty easy to get a bad reputation when you tow for traffic cops, but these guys are the bottom feeders of towing services. I made the mistake of leaving some moderately valuable items in the glove box when my car was towed my fault, obviously several years back. Stolen out of my car at the impound and no one knew anything. Impossible to provide complaints and the guy at the counter acted like I was lying. They re-entered my conciousness again today when one of their drivers nearly took me out by making an illegal turn on Francis St. You can get your truck impounded for dangerous driving like that!Service: Car towing
