Stopped by to get my drivers liscence renewed. The only entrance was through the mall since they closed the one to the carpark.nIt was nice having someone greet you and help you find the forms you needed. The lines weren't too long but the wait was longer than expected based on the size of the line.nThe staff were friendly and it didn't take me long to get the renewal.
Absolutely useless staff. Went to renew my license but got an email afterwards that the photo taken was not accepted and I needed to retake the photo. Tried to take the photo twice but they would not accept my forms of identification and two staff provided conflicting information. This was after having to wait more than 1 hour in line.
Today, I went to AA Meadowlands to apply for my full licence around 1pm, a lady wearing a badge with a Taiwan flag on it was very rude telling us to go home for no reason and that I cannot apply for a full Licence today, even when I had all the right documentation, while I was I still waiting in the queue. She was unprofessional and impolite, unnecessarily rude and being a nuisance.nnI was very upset and appalled by such incompetency.nnLuckily, another kind professional managed to help me get the job done, there was nothing wrong with my documents when the manager had checked it and I was able to apply for my full licence smoothly.nnWe are appalled by such behaviour, hopefully, no other customers will have to encounter this kind of poor service in the future.nnI normally do not like writing about bad experiences, but I just hope she does not waste other people’s time, by her poor behaviour.
Very poor service. Staff who served me was super rude. Her name is Anne? She didn't greet or smile at me.May be she was having a bad day. Anne has no customer service skills, she shouldn't be over the counter facing customers. I will lodge a formal complaint regarding her . Do not go to this AA center. Try VTNZ highbrook.
Extremely slow service. Waited 2 hours to be served. And one lady was rude to customers. It’s understanding that some customers might not be fluent in English but she was getting frustrated with them. Perhaps she was in a hurry to go home. AA seriously needs to consider customer service when hiring people. I am ashamed to be an AA member even.
