Zoo School is Orana Wildlife Park's Learning Experiences Outside The Classroom (LEOTC) education service, supported by the Ministry of Education. Our on-site, registered teachers design customised educational programmes and provide interactive learning experiences for students ranging from New Entrants to Year 13. Our programmes allow students to observe, appreciate and discover native and exotic wildlife, encouraging students to develop and increase critical and ecological literacy.

This is a great way to spend a day. Great for all ages and good for the soul. The animals are in the best of condition so full marks to staff and volunteers for the magnificent work they do.
Wonderful, our family really enjoyed it. The animals had fantastic enclosures, all looked well cared for. Zoo staff were friendly and helpful. Definitely plan on visiting again
awesome place for a family weekend trip. Good place for kids and adults to learn about wildlife. many big animals like Gorilla, Giraffe, Lions and many native birds..
Fantastic spacious open zoo, great selection of animals. Strong conservation ties and animal breeding, a pleasure to visit and support. Really would recommend getting an annual pass for best value. Love the crispy hot wedges from the cafe. Feeding the giraffes is a must if you have kids ornate a kid at heart
It was fabulous. With a great range of animals. It was awesome being able to feed the giraffes and many of the animals were active during our visit. So definitely recommend, we went after lunch.
Great fun the only thing that I dint like was the weather
