The opening hours are inconsistent. You never know when it's going to be randomly closed.
The man working there asked if i had flibuys which I agreed and processed to find my card when I went to scan it he was like I’ve already pushed through the sale sorry! Not good enough in my opinion. Do better! Also when you have people to serve stop what your talking about to your friend and do your job and serve!
Service is slow and unfriendly. Pre ordered a coffee on the Z App before I left home and 20 minutes later when I arrived they were making it. Zero engaged from the team Might go back to BP going forward.

InnOk slow night time service one time I pop in to buy some things I rang the bell on the wall out side z I have hearing lost I told the staff member but he kept talking on his personal cell phone took no notice of me told me to shut up and wait he is not meant to be taking on his personal cell phone while a you are wanting to get service from them. Talk on your personal cell phone when there no cars on the z service station grounds and no people wanting to be served at the front night shift window. Rjd
