Going down hill. Vacuum hasn’t been working for months. They don’t answer their phones. You have major competition in wainuiomata now with the new gas station. The only pro to BP is customer service, vacuum and air which all are at a lack. If you don’t change where you are at you will have no business. Really disappointed
We ordered two extra large lattes with three sugars three marshmallows and no marshmallows or sugar in the coffee very disappointed tasty shitnWill be complaining next time I go into the store
Crap services would rate the service crap I walked out losing 20.00 worth of petrol that some else got went to z petone for better services
Excellent service. Wonderful coffee. It was very sad to see the protection glasse been removed from the counter. It was a great protection for the workers. Please value the workers. Put it back for their safety. If they get sick you will be short of staff. Thanks . Hopefully it would be taken in consideration.
Stand there for 10 minutes the guy was busy with merchandising pies instead of serving me
