I recently took my brand new Tesla Model 3 high land to this BP gas station Touch-free car wash totally disagree with that, it should be called sure touch it you’ll be afraid , and it ended up being a complete bloody disaster. The car wash failed to signal my car was too close to where it needed to be, and the metal arm damaged my vehicle and jammed, leaving noticeable scratches on my left bumper and left headlight. What's even more frustrating is the lack of accountability from their privately owned overseas boss; they have been utterly unresponsive and are trying their best to stay silent, refusing to take any responsibility for the damage caused. This experience has been incredibly disappointing, and I would strongly advise against using their car wash services if you value your vehicle. Unacceptable!!! By the way formal complaint submitted…
Nice young lady was serving me when I going through with my transaction. At the same time, I was talking to my cousin on the phone. Greg one of the staff members reckons to call me out and tell me to put my phone away because I’m being rude doing so while his co worker was trying to serve me not knowing she handled it on her own. Seems like he was having a bad day, I asked him again what he said and he reiterated himself and when I decided to tell him that I was going to make a complain he reckons “good for you.” Dude if you hate your job just say that. Don’t be out here calling customers out for using their phones when they’re at the til. That’s none of your concern. You’re there to make customers happy not attack them. Quit your job and go to a rest home bro you look tired.
Disgusted with the attitude and the service of BP Railway Avenue Alicetown Lower Hutt Wellington! By far the worse BP station I have ever used and the worst customer service I have ever received in my life. Will not be returning and taking my business elsewhere. Avoid at all cost!
I drive a fully electric vehicle, so have taken one star off until they offer rapid EV charging.nThe other star is missing because despite being branded BP, they are not Corporate owned and don't accept or honour the BP Megawash loyalty card, nor do they have a carwash loyalty card of their own.nI do fuel up other vehicles here occasionally and have always found the service good and staff friendly.
Every single Wednesday when BP/AA rewards has the 10c per litre off, this BP turns of all of its 95 pumps, the next closest BP only does 91/98......
