“The young customer service girl at 9.45 am today at BP Waiwhetu truly amazed me with her kindness and positive energy. Even though there was a queue at the other counter, she served me fast with a warm smile and genuine care. Avoid if possible...n* Staff canceled my app payment forcing me to go inside, Staff were argumentative.n* Vacuum hose broken, their masking tape fix was inadequate. The fragrance feature smells like all fragrance options combined...n* Car wash was down for a while. At the end of the wash It attempts to blow dry your car inside the car wash before dripping all over it while you drive out.n* Food was dry and hard, definitely not fresh, probably not fit for consumption.n* Bathrooms were average.n* ANZ ATM Inside.
Ive past through for coffee and petrol often. And the males Toilets is unbelivably disgusting and imean that bad that evan the dirt & dust is a dark grey that sits around the toilets bowl floor walls basin and basin taps with pubic hair everywhere its the weirdest thing. Had bought to the staffs attention and they disclose its not there fault and are not responsible for there public toilet on there premises. Perhaps there right perhaps its the managers. Will take photo for here next time as proof.
everytime i go to this bp i get crappy service , at 9.40am i was told that i had to move my car because the pump i pulled to the side of the car i drove was too far and the pumps were new and not designed to do that..i was disgusted at the inadequate service and info i was being told as not correct the manager laughed at me when i said no im not moving then told me to go else-where and i was sad for them treating me bad for the 4th time i dont recommend this place theyre real bad at customer service
Another BP and Wild Bean Cafe, the fuel bowsers are all closed for a new forecourt and bowsers. Luckily the cafe is open with excellent lattes and hot chocolate.
