Yellow House Cafe and Restaurant offers a unique family dining experience with an elegant twist. We strive to serve the healthiest, most delicious meals throughout the day with breakfast, lunch and dinner menus to delight. Unwind from a hectic day with an Illy Coffee and fresh baking on the sofa in the front room overlooking our native garden, outside on the deck or in the beautiful garden while admiring a stunning vista. Try our famous Artichoke Dip with homemade Foccacia bread or Grilled Salmon Bruschetta with a glass or two of wine, selected from our extensive boutique wine list from across New Zealand. Let us spoil you with fresh seafood meals, local delicacy Whitebait fritters or our hand crafted desserts. All of our food is lovingly created from scratch using the freshest, local produce available.
While waiting for that freshly, prepared meal; take time to admire the pictures on display by local photographer Richard Rossiter. Families and children will love the Yellow House too, with our huge fenced in back yard to run around and play. We are also happy to cater and host any size function. While we do appreciate bookings, to avoid disappointment, walk-ins are also welcome. So stop in and immerse yourself in warm West Coast hospitality.
