Was very impressed by your bar staff Aime Blake was absolutely fabulous made myself and my father feel welcomed. Your food was amazing we had the steak and pasta of the day on Thursday night Last night we had the platter for two and it was awesome. The atmosphere was brilliant. Wonderful food, lovely people and caring service. Weary travellers on a wet, cold evening looking for healthy meal with a fussy child. We found everything we could have hoped for including a diverse menu. The kids menu was great and the adult menu ranged from beef cheeks Wellington, pasta, roast of the day, fish of the day. It was one of the best meals we had in Nee Zealand.

We had arrived late to Westport after driving down from Picton and to our dismay almost everything was closed including New World and the gas stations and the town doesn’t have any fast food.nnTo our delight The Quarry was still open even past 9pm!nnWe ordered the chicken and mushroom pasta and the squid salad. Both were huge portions and very delicious. You could tell the squid was freshly caught. They also have wine, a large variety of tap beer and cocktails/mocktails.nnThe staff were very friendly and attentive and asked us multiple times if we needed anything more.nnThey have a pool table as well.nnWould highly recommend this place for both food and drinks.

We had a meal here with friends. Everyone had gurnad, salad and chips. Lovely meal, friendly service. Would recommend!

Decent pub feed, the Quarry Burger was huge & tasty, the Beef Wellington delicious too. Lovely staff & close to our motel.
