I'm a frequent customer here, and I've witnessed more than a few instances where one of the supervisors speaks to the employees in a way that is clearly passive-aggressive and frankly, just plain rude. I couldn’t catch the name tag, but black curly hair and she is there most nights of the week.nnWhen she addresses them, even if it's just to give an instruction, her tone often comes across as constantly dismissive, even when the girls are serving me. What's worse is seeing the effect it has. I've been standing right there at the checkout, and after the she speaks to them, the staff immediately wear this look of distress, they seem annoyed, humiliated, or genuinely upset. It totally changes their attitude while they're still trying to serve myself and other customers. That visible stress makes for a really awkward and uncomfortable customer experience, which I can’t blame them for.nnI've also noticed that this lady seems to struggle with clear English sometimes. While I get that a language barrier can lead to misunderstandings and frustration, it shouldn't be an excuse for her consistently poor and rude behaviour toward her team. Though she may not be aware, she really needs to be more conscious of how her words and tone land, especially since she is a supervisor.nnHonestly, the staff work hard, and watching a supervisor treat them this way is uninviting. I'm writing this because I'm a concerned customer and don’t want this to impact the overall performance of your very efficient and lovely girls working the till.

Great range in this smaller supermarket - a bit of a rabbit hole to find it through the mall carpark but I found it! Has shorter opening hours than some supermarkets so check before visiting.nSelf checkout and cashier options.

Ive noticed some of the staff here need to work of their hygiene. I would rather not be served by someone with visibly greasy hair and unpleasant odor. This makes the experience uncomfortable knowing my groceries are being handled by them. However I usually enjoy shopping here and hopefully this issue can be adressed asap.

I'm not happy to see a lady make a complaint about a pizza she ordered online and was wrong. I watched here talking to a Dell staff member and getting nowhere with her. 30th June 12.30 ish.
