Disappointed that in level 4 lockdown PnS Silverdale haven't bought back txt to enter. This was brilliant in the first lockdown. Would tge owners and the store managers want to stand in a queue in the carpark in the freezing cold and rain? Food shopping at tge best of times isn't an enjoyable task. Please think about your customers!!!!

Some empty shelves, no hi grade flour and never any 1 litre UHT light milk

We prefer the Silverdale or Wairau franchise. No longer well managed. Reduced selection, Reduced produce quality. Was great when it was first built. Was always our 1st choice shop. Then something changed. Been poorly managed for years now.

We live at least 1 hour away from Silverdale. Received an email 1 hour before our pick up re delays: Why could they not send emails out yesterday re delays??? Surely they had delays yesterday? Then we wouldnt have to drive out unnecessarily;

Great store, good prices, shame it's so busy but I guess this shows you how popular it is. Lovely fresh veg and nice meat.
