Barely come into this supermarket was doing a regular shop and a lovely young man named amoss I believe sorry if I got wrong was just amazing some of the best customer service I’ve ever gotten
Good parking, nice staff. Lots of empty shelves and lack of price tickets. Store looks a bit run down.
they took 2.5 hours to get Milk run orders packed just for only 10 items. When Milkrun delivery person inform them this order has been waited for such long time, they apears very angry and rude attitude. I just simply pointed out they didn't pack the orders in the sequence when been placed to the manager looking guy, and he seemed totally not unaware, and try to ignor what I said. A formal written complain has issued.
The young man helping my daughter was so good filling my grandaughters wee trolly at the checkout!! He put all the 'best' things in hers .. lol .. chiies, biscuits and musili bars etc .. she was living her best life :-
