Great value for money compared to other supermarkets in Dunedin. Prices are consistently better and there’s a wide range of products available. The store can get very busy, especially during peak times, and parking can sometimes be a bit challenging, but the savings make it worthwhile. The online shopping and grocery pickup option is also a huge plus — convenient, easy to use, and saves a lot of time. Overall a solid place to shop for affordable groceries.
Thank you Chris! As usual I couldn't reach the top shelf I swear they're getting taller but along came Chris with his long reach and big smile to give me a hand. Even when I pointed to the wrong product and we had to have another go, he was so friendly and helpful. Interactions like this mean a lot on a big shopping day.

Great store staff are great only any chances of getting more disability carparks even if they are a little further from store its not the distance it is the width getting wheelchair out of vehicle thanks
If I could give zero I would and I'm always a 5 star reviewer. Worst checkout experience. Long queues to the till despite having more checkouts open than in Woolworths or New World. Why? Because they pack the trolley one item at a time. I wasn't even allowed to pick the items out of the trolley to put in a bag??? Not disturbing the cashier in anyway. Totally unproductive system that I can't believe in 2026 hasn't been addressed. Other supermarkets even pack it in a bag and are faster. They'd have heart failure if they saw Lidl or Aldi checkout packers. For this reason I couldn't return for a big shop. Self serve only, in and out
