They had everything I needed and great service I was pleased with the customer support. Disability parking near the entrance is wonderful for the disability Luke myself. Would shop here again.
It resembles one of the older small Woolworths stores and does not have self-checkout options yet. However, the products are displayed neatly and attractively. I given four stars compared to other Woolworths locations. Overall, it’s a good place to shop, although parking can be difficult during busier times.
The older, long time staff are great. The newer ones however, are quite different. Albeit relatively polite, they have little customer service skill and are frankly, a little lazy. They won't assist you filing bags and will literally just stand there waiting, and holding other customers up, while you pack your own bags. Clearly not trained in the simple skill of customer service.
Smaller size but with a greater impact as we found everything and more there. Will definitely be going there again. Amazing grocery shop
Good for a quick grocery run but does not carry full range, so you will never find the product you really want as they only carry half range and what they consider fast selling items.nnThe carpark is also very rough and bumpy while many pedestrians, mainly elderly and young families, have the habit of walking out blindly in front of vehicles without looking. There is alot of bottle neck activity for the small carpark and shopping cluster which has a nice dainty range of fooderys such as a bakery, tea rooms and chinese food, as well as a post shop and 24 hour laundromat.nnThe supermarket and adjacent carpark is quite run down and still in the 90s compared to the standard of new developments out there these days, this place is well overdue for redevelopment along with surface repair in the carpark.
