Have just been to Wooliies and very impressed by the young man whose name is Ben. So friendly and chatty while still doing his job professionally. Well done to ever hired him as he is a gem!
I just had the rudest experience from a manager and staff member today.nnA staff member person called Abie demanded I remove my prescription glasses as she wanted to check for intoxication . I was not intoxicated in any way whatsoever however I do have a light sensitivity toward bright lights and I wear tinted galsses all the time. In fact I find the light in the supermarket particularly stressful. Nonetheless, I have been singled out today for my impairment by both Abie and her manager Stacy.nnAbsolutely ridiculous and disrespecful behaviour from staff at Countdown that made me feel extremely uncomfortable.nnAdditionally, I wear my glasses almost all the time and I have been treated like this before.nnObviously, these people at Countdown do not treat customers with respect and dignity. And take any opportunity to publically ostracise a person with light sensitivity.
Went to restock our campervan for our drive down through the catlins and couldn’t even park before a person in a high visibility vest ran over and told us we’d be fined if we parked there. We ended up driving to New World instead which had better quality offerings and friendlier staff.
Very organise local countdown. Fresh mussels but scoop is a bit too large to use maybe tong is better. Mum and me love the Apple Turnover from the bakery must try if you can. Well stock, great option for clicking collect customer: I placed my clicking collect order midnight from Auckland on the Sunday , arrived next day Monday afternoon pick up, order are all correct. Thank you team.
Its a good place!! LOLs so huge and complete. Can find almost everything heereee nI bought chocolate powder, skin care, instant noodles and some Whittakers to bring home to Jakarta. The service is good. The staff helped to exchange my money so that its working with the automated cashier. Awesome!!
