I encountered a young male wearing Ann ugly Christmas jumper filling shelves he was racing around like a maniac drinking an energy drink racing in front of people going too fast with his trolley he came to the freezer section and was fast and rough with a box of frozen chickens he ripped it open and they landed all over the floor one hitting the side of my leg no real apology just thought it was funny except it’s not I had  a person with me with a disability if he had been hit it would have been serious!   I rang the store they didn’t seem too worried no details were asked for she said she would follow it up but no apology.   This is not acceptable  or professional behaviour!

Very difficult to find things today. I understand that you are redoing your floors but with no indication as to where you have moved things it was like an unpleasant treasure hunt with very few clues. Aap of the changes could have been helpful and even if they are changing daily it still would be of use. May have to switch to Pak'nSave for a while.

Poor customer service. Do not click & collect here. Everytime I notify the store I am coming to collect my shopping, there is noone at collection point.nnLast time I was ignored for over 10mins. I rang the bell and staff walked past me. They only came when I rang the store. The phones were ringing so much and for so long that they had to come to the front counter.nnMy items were not even packed into a trolley. I click & collect from Bayfair instead.

Small store, but handy to nip in and grab items and go. Be good when we get competition down these ways to match the size of Pak n Sav. I purchase most items through Pak n sav and get what they don’t stock through woolworths.

I don’t like it in there. The staff are rude, there are rats running around, and overall it is disgusting.
