Small store, but handy to nip in and grab items and go. Be good when we get competition down these ways to match the size of Pak n Sav. I purchase most items through Pak n sav and get what they don’t stock through woolworths.
I don’t like it in there. The staff are rude, there are rats running around, and overall it is disgusting.
Poor customer service. Do not Click & Collect here. Everytime I notify the store I am coming to collect my shopping there is noone at collection point.nnLast time I was ignored for over 10mins. I rang the bell and staff walked past me. They only came when I rang the store. The phones were ringing so much and for so long that they had to come to the front counter.nnMy items were not even packed into a trolley. I opt to collect from Bayfair. Much better service!
