Pak n save are the worst supermarket! I had tray of lamb chops in my cooler shopping bag to keep cold while doesn't mt shopping i got to the counter, my items were all scanned but I had to pay at the lotto counter as the tils had cashed up as i walked to the lotto counter i opened the chiller bag realised i hadn't paid for them so had the lotto lady scan them onto my groceries and paid for everything, Then a few days later I was trespassed by a police officer at my home for stealing the lamb chops I paid for. Attempted to speak to them about it and noone would return my calls. Idiots !
LEGENDS!!! My 3.5 month old baby started loosing it at the checkout and the lovely attendants let me out so I could soothe baby and even packed my bags and walked me to my car and loaded everything in thank you SO much!
Reviewing Pak n Save Fuel station - a nightmare to navigate on a good day, let alone when there is petrol special and the fuelling area with surrounding carpark becomes a gridlock. No clear road markings for entrance and exit so people drive in as suits. ‍nnNoticed they have recently installed green/red entrance/exit signs at top of the pumps but they are doing little to change drivers’ behaviour. I think painted road signs for entrance/exit could improve the situation.
THE WORST SUPERMARKET IN NEW ZEALAND.nExtremely messy ! Empty shelves everywhere ! Extremely unorganized ! Heaps of overpriced items ! Extremely poor customer service ! Some items aren't put back on the shelves for days even if you can see them available on the overhead shelves ! Prices at checkout do not match labelled prices in store you tell them, come back days later and same problem occurs on the same items ! Some extraordinarily rude staff straight-up telling you off because they want the trolley positioned a special way but they could ask politely instead few staff are lovely though !nI only go because I live next to it the management knows that but every time I need to go to Tauranga or Tauriko, I make sure to shop at these other Pak'n'save as they are managed properly.nI can't wait for more competition to enter the NZ market to break this terrible duopole FoodStuffs + Woolworths that costs Kiwi families 100s of dollars every year over abusive pricing that should have been monitored and fought properly by the authorities long ago.nIt just takes a few travels overseas to see how bad the situation is.
My sister is visiting the country as a tourist, went shopping today at this store and was asked to have her bag checked. I asked the reason for the manager, and they could NOT provide any information about their action. They said it was a random check they do with clients. Can't believe that she has been treated like this, with no reason. I will share this as much as possible to see if this store treats clients with more respect.
