Woolworths Kelvin Grove

There is no negative rating unfortunately. I am continuously getting spoiled and rotten items from Countdown , Woolworth supermarkets. No shame to sell these items and cheat customers. I purchased lime packets. 4 out of 6 were rotten.nLast week there was a price difference from what was written on shelf for mixed nuts, at billing counter they just apologised and charged me higher price. Not recommending countdown at all . I quit.

In the same fortnight, I've had the following in my click and collect:n- A peach with maggots in it aliven- 2 x broccoli covered in caterpillars aliven- Bak choy provided in my click and collect order that was already 9 days old when I collected itn- Mouldy kiwifruitn- Mouldy tomatonThey refused to accept my complaint about this so I've reported it to New Zealand Food Safety.

Love doing the groceries here. Always get friendly service. Always get help when I ask for it. Store is almost finished with its update and so far so good. New self service tills as well as Upton date customer check outs

Pretty standard as far as supermarkets go. We go here because it's the closest supermarket. Not the greatest variety of products, and the deli is often shut. They are in the process of rearranging the store, which is so confusing for regular shoppers. Why did they need to do that exactly? On the plus, their click and collect service is exceptional. They've just rebranded back to Woolworths, but it hasn't changed much.

We'll set out fruit and vegetables section,aisles don't appear to be as *long or as **short as *PAC AND SAVE. Or **NEW WORLD.nFriendly staff.nClean and tidy,more than 2 Disabled parks near entrance.
