I don’t know what they are selling if everything is out of stock. The call operator seems not happy and not suggesting for any other product when they are out of stock. We tried to call many times and hold the line until she pick up. Beside the good rep otherwise we would not spend 4 or 5 k every week.

Waiting 10 minutes while a helpful staff member went out of her way out the back to find me a product 1 of them I had a complimentary voucher for the retailer to reclaim he Richard said we don't do this so I walked out terrible customer service

This place is worth every cent of traveling there Daily/weekly bargains best meat anywhere unless you own the animal Super friendly and helpful staff

Am a gilmours member and was shopping here just browsing. Was being constantly pressed by some short fat brunette lady who was asking us ridiculous personal questions that she had no right to know. Terrible customer service. Followed us all the way around the store and was constantly watching us. Absolutely disgusting discriminatory behaviour and you will be hearing further.

A fantastic place to shop and get what you want in bulk

Well stocked, neat and tidy and helpful staff

Great selection of wholesale items. Great place to purchase bulk items. Plenty of parking. Lots of sauce and spices etc. Love the shoe string fries. Bread is cheap. Lots of meat and frozen items including ready made food & cakes & slices. Plenty of varieties of drinks, candy too. I always purchase the gluten free flour from here. You need a card to shop at Gilmours which you can easily apply for. They also give you fly by points for the Gilmours loyalty card. There's also a reduced to clear section. And a clearence section in the Frozen milk area.

Great place for bulk shopping, some great helpful staff. Make sure you're set up for portion control, fridge & freezer room as plenty of specials available and it's easier to over shop.....
