Pioneer New World

Was so impressed with the facing that all the staff in Grocery were doing, wanted to give them all a high five lol. Makes the store look so amazing. This one and the New World on Broadway are the best supermarkets in Palmerston North easily.

Standard fare. Plenty of parks. Plenty of stock. Staff were pleasant. Bakery section has some good fare. Now has some products I have not found in competitors places. Check out fast and good pleasant staff

Very disappointing to see deli dept selling meat which has been discoloured by lighting. Well that’s what staff said it was , it looked anemic and should be taken out. I have never seen meat sold like this in supermarkets and yet the manager said it’s ok.once she lifted the top layers of meat the rest was bright pink. But she said it’s ok i woukd not serve that up and to think they find this acceptable.i will be ordering my meat from online butchers in future at least it will be top quality

I like shopping at Pioneer New World because of their community mindedness, they always have that tokens for school and community, where a customer can make choice which school or Community Organisations to support our organisation PN Street Van was able to acquire a generator through the tokens collected and our volunteer were able to make use the voucher given to us. I always ask our volunteer and staff to shop there ,because they are friendly bunch of people.

Close to anywhere in Palmerston North. Even though they have New World Terrace End, a New World is easy to get to. Of course most New Worlds have a Florist, New World Pioneer has a wonderful little Flower & Gift Shop.

Great little store. Had everything I needed

Most of their lettuce /spinach are almost always rotting. Ducked in to get a fresh bag of spinach this evening for dinner… opened the back & it was well and truly rotting This isn’t the first or second time either, this is our usual go to supermarket.

Great range of products. The staff are great. Excellent customer service
