Lovely service, a girl served me at the Palmerston North PAK’nSAVE her name was also trinity and she complimented my name. She was such a sweetheart and made my day better by interacting with me and asking about my life. Tell her I appreciate her :

Had a drama here with missing items from our click and collect and when you have to drive 25 mins each way to get there and back to home it's rather frustrating but when you drive all the way back and you receive zero apology and no explanation at all instead you are treated like a liar. Its hard not to get pissed off. The customer service is seriously lacking.
