PAK'nSAVE Palmerston North

Cheapest place for groceries, but don't overstay your 90 minutes there in the parking area, or you will be fined big time. Parking should be 2 hours, not 90 minutes, as I have shopped there and was fined for over staying my time by a few minutes.

It's a grocery store so not really much to rate here. It has groceries for sale, has their own brand items. Shelves are well stocked and it's busy

**Thursday 7th November 2024**n***@ approximately 8:47pm***nnA few reasons I'm completely p'ed off with Individual STAFF members which in my opinion are lazy rude n are freaking liar's All starting with frickin mince anyways took my mum shopping on this passing Thursday n was quite a great hour or so until we get up to the server so she scans scans scans away until she comes to the mince n removes it from mum's shopping all I remember hearing was my mum saying to the worker WHY are you taking that out because I want that then i heard the worker say NO SORRY I cannot sell that to you because there's a NOTE on it saying that its NOT FOR SALE n to be leave it at the checkout I'm like what the pharks this shyt I've never seen before anyways the manager / supervisor whatever she was came over to apparently assist the situation asking us if we wanted another mince I reckon yes please that would be great thanks she told us to wait at the main checkout which was like a total of 5 minutes so away she went n came back with absolutely nothing but excuses anyways on her way back to us though she actually stopped like 2 minutes just back n forth chit-chating with her coworker that was working the self service machines while we're still standing there waiting for her by the way 1st she just reckons there's no more, I'm like no more mince? are you freaking kidding me! she's like no I'm not but I'm really sorry I'm like but I just seen heaps down there though then 2nd she reckons the curtains on the chillers are already down n locked up now because we're actually closing I'm like yeah I'm aware of that but this is Pak'nSaves fault / problem NOT ours, I'm like would you agree still nuk help though 3rdly, my mum asked if she could buy some cigarettes n was told another SORRY but we're closed now n so the cigarette cases have automatically locked n so we can't sell you any cigarettes now ether nobody can access the case's now so I'm wondering how many freaking Unapologetic SORRY'S do we need to hear???!!!!!???..n the thing is it usually takes me a very very long time to get p'ed off, but straight up this really irritated me everything did I would have rather heard the truth than a bunch of absolute lies n alibis that's how I feelnMy mum is a stroke Survivor n so her speech hearing n eyesight ain't the best so I've really just been imagining my mum being there on her own you's would have stressed her the heck out bigtime especially how I'm feeling with Psk'nSave right now, even days later n I haven't had no stroke I wish I snapped a photo of proof of that dam mince actually I wish I video recorded the whole ardell because it seems untruthful n unbelievable, for sure ,but I guess theses things do unfortunately happennnKind RegardsnnPRUD13

Very disappointed with the staff at the Palmerston North store. My partner and I were waiting at the deli section to get ham while other people were also waiting to be served. We were yelled at by Danielle Terry saying “we are closed, we have an hour to pack up and I don’t want to be working for free, I don’t get paid enough for this”. There were no signs saying they were closed and food was still out. I’m very disappointed with how your staff treat customers.
